How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and arrive in 5-8 business days via standard shipping (2-3 weeks for international). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard domestic shipping is a flat $10. Orders of $89 or more ship free. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to a number of countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Can I track my order?

Returns

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, unopened item for a full refund. See our Return Policy page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email getnovagoods@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away.
