How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and arrive in 5-8 business days via standard shipping. Orders over $50 ship free.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Stay tuned for international shipping options.

Returns

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, unopened item for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email hello@getnovagoods.shop with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away.
