Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5-8 business days. Orders over $50 ship free; all other orders ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, unopened item for a full refund. To start a return, email us at hello@getnovagoods.shop with your order number and we'll send you next steps.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
